John and his partner were just finishing up a job at a neighbor's house here in Batavia. We had just been discussing finding someone to clean out a clogged downspout on the gutter of our house. We have a walkout basement, which means you need a 3 story ladder to do the job! I spoke to John as he was loading up his ladders. He took a quick look and quoted a reasonable fee. The job was completed in no time and he was on his way to the next job. We couldn't be happier with the results!! Job well done on siding cleaning. Prep instructions given such as moving items close to building, put cars in garage or further away from house, close/lock all windows etc. Highly recommend them, easy to work with, insured, bonded & got great results removing algae, green spots on siding.

It’s a great service that was easy to schedule and very convenient. My house was power washed and it was amazing how different it looked after being cleaned. I didn’t realize how dirty my windows, shutters, gutters, trim and siding were until it was power washed. My gutters were also cleaned of leaves during the same appointment and I have peace of mind going into winter knowing they are clear. I would definitely call them again.

I’ve had to deal with many different services contractors in the past year, to bring my house up to date. J&J was by far the most responsive, easiest, and kindest. They quickly completed my deck, walkway, gutters and roof. It all looks great, but I had no idea my deck could look this good!

John responded immediately to my Facebook inquiry and I was delighted to find out he serves my area! He quoted me prices that were very fair and then came right out the same day to clean my gutters! The gutters aren't new and he took great care to thoroughly clean them all out AND clean off the roof so they wouldn't fill back up! He cleaned up the stuff that came out of the gutters and they look great and they drain, which is a HUGE relief! I have used J&J twice now. I am very happy with both services rendered. Last year, I called them to clean my gutters, they knocked it out in 15 minutes for a reasonable price. Just today, I had them power wash my patio and home. I am extremely pleased with how it came out. We recently purchased our home, one of the suggestions made on the home inspection was to have the house power washed. It came out looking like the house had just been painted. I don’t think it had been washed in years and I am very please with the quality of the work and cost. I would highly recommend these services and I will have them back in the fall to do my gutters again. 100% recommend.

John just finished power washing the house where mildew had formed because the sun does not get to that side.....and it looks like new siding. All the dark spots and yuk are gone. We have had been lacking on our house for the last few years due to my Husband’s health issues so I figured it was going to be too much to handle. We will just start there since by the time I saw the crew come in and clean everything as if I was buying the house again, there is no way he an I could of done even anywhere close to what they did. I am absolutely speechless and feel so relaxed knowing anyone who comes over, I don’t have to think in the back of my mind about the dirty spots I have been meaning to get to also. Best thing of all was my husbands response saying let’s just have them do it next year too. So relieved! I didn’t want to do it either haha! Very professional and I will be recommending to my neighbors!

John has a great website and his communication throughout: answering questions, scheduling, completion of the project, and afterward was superb. The work he did was excellent. I have a very bad habit of procrastinating and this week I went in search of someone to clean my gutters before the snow flies. When asking for recommendations on my local FB group, I did not receive one! So I resort to google. Called a company that refused to quote without coming all the way out to see my house. Texted another company for a quote, per their website and I have still have not heard back from them. And then I found J&J Power Washing and Gutter Cleaning in Sycamore. I called and left a voice mail and within a few hours John called back. Less than an hour after that he texted me a quote and told me he could get to my house the next day. So of course I accepted. He was running a little behind on the day of service and texted me a new time.. only 45 minutes later, which he was spot on. He was extremely professional and kind and finished as quickly as he told me he would. I will not hesitate to call him next year…hopefully before mid-December! Great job John, thank you!
